What is a Notary Public?
An official representative appointed by the Secretary of State
to serve as an impartial witness certifying the proper execution of important documents. Notarial Acts allowed in Arizona are: Acknowledgment, Jurat or Certified Copy.
Our Notaries pass annual background checks, are bonded, carry errors and omissions insurance, are members of the National Notary Association and have been certified as Signing Agents.

Busy family and work schedules don't always allow for appointments during normal business hours. Maybe you're not able to travel.
Sometimes it's just nice to have privacy and be in the comfort of your own home or office. We're on wheels... so we'll come to you!

General Fees:
Notarization fee is $10 per notarial act
Mileage fees at $0.445/mile round trip
Normal Business Hours - Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm Excluding Federal Holidays
Extended Business Hours - All Other Times Including Evenings, Weekends & Federal Holidays
Additional Fees Can Include but are not Limited to:
- Extended Business Hours Appointment
- Facility Visit (Assisted Living, Hospital, Nursing Home, Jail/Detention Center)
- Waiting Time (exceeding 10 min)
- Extended Session Time
- Print/Fax/Scan/Secure Email
- FedEx/UPS/USPS Pickup or Drop Off
- Shipping Costs Incurred
- Independent Witness Provision
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy if Less than 24 Hours:
- Reschedule: $25.00 Reschedule Fee - can also be imposed if wait time for Notary exceeds 10 minutes
- Cancelled without Rescheduling: 50% cancellation fee
